JOB SUMMARY: The Stillwater General Manager is the leader responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and guest experience of the golf course property, including golf operations, course conditions, clubhouse operations, restaurant performance, and event space utilization. This role provides vision and leadership across the full business, ensuring the property operates as a high-quality golf destination and a year-round hospitality and event venue. The Stillwater General Manager is responsible for setting direction, aligning teams, managing financial performance, enhancing the guest experience, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen the brand, and maximize the long-term value of the golf course and related amenities. Performs work with a high degree of latitude.
