Job Summary: As a Teacher-in-Residence (TIR), you will be immersed in a full-time classroom experience within an inclusive school environment, working closely with students with exceptional needs. This internship is designed for ESE education majors beginning their official internship period at their college or university. Under the supervision of an experienced ESE teacher, you will assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adaptive teaching strategies, and inclusive classroom practices to ensure all students receive equitable learning opportunities.
