Description On-Site Resident Manager – Bakersfield, CA GSF Properties Inc. GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional On-Site Resident Manager to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality operations, exceptional resident satisfaction, and full compliance with regulatory and company standards. In this position, you will oversee the effective management, marketing, and maintenance of the community, support financial objectives, and ensure all operational processes align with company policies and operational expectations. Compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour and includes an on-site unit. The regular schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during summer hours and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during winter hours , with Saturday hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM , totaling 36 hours per week .
