Job Description: The Product Implementation Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of customers for Dow Jones’ Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) suite of products, from pre-sales support through to business-as-usual operational management of the client requirements. A key aspect involves developing tailored compliance processes that align with each client's unique policies and procedures. You'll lead all related activities, including the creation of Functional Specifications and project management activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing the client change management process throughout the entire client relationship, ensuring their ongoing needs are met. Overall, the Product Implementation Manager will ensure that client implementations are delivered on time and within budget, while also managing the ongoing relationship and change management process. This position reports to the Product Implementation Director, EMEA.
