This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to focus exclusively on transactional work within one of the leading teams on the market. Job Requirements: · Profound interest in M&A and equity capital markets. · Structuring transactions and providing strategic guidance on deal mechanics. · Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for M&A and equity capital markets transactions. · Serving as the primary contact for clients, advising on legal, strategic, and business considerations. · Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments as well as market trends. · Collaborating closely with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive, cross-disciplinary legal solutions.
