PGY2 Pharmacy Residents- Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital - ( 26000117 ) Description A Brief Overview This position is a 12-month postgraduate pharmacy education and training program designed to provide practical experience in the provision of pharmaceutical care. The pharmacy resident will continue to develop advanced knowledge and skills to prepare for specialized pharmacy practice. Emphasis will be placed on communication, lifelong learning, leadership, evidence-based medication management and safety. In order to meet these goals, the resident will experience a variety of patient care and administrative pharmacy practice areas. Upon completing the experience, trainees will develop a strong foundation to practice in a specialized practice area and/or an entry level pharmacy administrative role.
