Job Summary This position provides customer service in regards to transitioning and implementing waste, organics, manure and recycling services in the City of Los Angeles (LA) in the West Valley and South East Valley zones. Emphasis will be on providing customer service, handling service issues, working with internal departments within WM and assisting with payments along with other financial tasks. Representatives filling this position will serve as a company representative in the City of LA West Valley and Southeast Valley zones. Schedule: West Hills storefront location – 8:00AM to 5:00PM M-F, and Saturdays 8AM to 12PM (rotate every other Saturday) 12-1pm lunch. Will work one week in office and one week remote. rotating with other storefront representative.
