Description: Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, functions as a strategic and collaborative leader as the inaugural Associate Vice President (AVP) for Total Rewards in the Human Resources Division. The AVP has responsibility for the leadership of Emory's benefits, compensation, work life, and health and well-being programs to achieve excellence and innovation in all operational and fiscal aspects while being fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
