Come innovate with us!: Position Summary: In your role as a BEOL TQR Staff Engineer, you'll use your strong problem-solving skill to support the reliability engineering activity for advanced CMOS technology node. Role and Responsibilities: Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Provide technical leadership for reliability improvement activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Identify, plan, and execute reliability evaluations for new technology qualification, process changes and abnormal events. Design, execute, and analyze designed experiments to improve semiconductor fabrication processes. Utilize statistical tools and reliability models to extract lifetime from time to fail data. Conduct reliability assessment to ensure semiconductor fabrication process robust and optimized.
