Director of Philanthropy Full-Time, Hybrid up to 40% Offsite (includes community outreach) Hiring Range: $ 106,849.60 – $ 136,219.20 Per Year Benefits at a Glance: Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to support mission-driven fundraising efforts that strengthen our programs and expand community impact. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Director of Communications to build donor relationships, coordinate major gifts and grants, and connect supporters with meaningful opportunities to invest in behavioral health services. This position blends relationship management, strategic communication, and outreach.
