The FM is the leader of their personal training team and partner to the clubs General Manager. The FM plays a critical role in ensuring all members are properly inducted into the club to help us live out of core purpose to help us change peoples lives for the better. By embodying the companys core values of Live the Brand, Be Tenacious and Be a Team player, the FM delivers exceptional customer service experiences and consistent growth of the Personal Training department to help change our members lives.
