Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the project quality control program while managing field construction activities to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes. The QA/QC Construction Superintendent provides leadership, coordination, and supervision of quality-related construction operations to ensure successful project execution. The incumbent works closely with project management, QA/QC personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality expectations are clearly defined, implemented, and maintained throughout all phases of construction. The incumbent must have the ability and flexibility to work varying shifts and long hours (8–12 hours). Weekend work and additional hours may be required based on production needs and at the discretion of management.
