Job description

We are looking for a professional Dishwasher who will beresponsible to clean all Kitchen, Restaurant and Banquet utensils, dishware, glassware andpots, while ensuring that the Stewarding area is maintained in a clean and tidy manner. Thesuccessful candidate will consistently display high levels of service, professionalism, andcourtesy to every guest and Team Member. Responsibilities: - Pre-soaks cutlery and dishes and loads them into the dishwasher. - Picks up, loads, washes, unloads, and stacks dishes. - Ensures all utensils, dishware, china, glassware, and pots are cleaned and sanitized. - Uses the proper chemicals to sanitize items. - Washes all pots, pans, inserts, etc., and cleans all kitchen equipment (including kitchen utensils, racks, shelves, dish carts, sinks and equipment) as required. - Sorts and stores all utensils, dishware, glassware, and pots in the assigned storage and - server areas. - Keeps kitchen floors, fridges and freezers cleaned and always washed. - Cleans and organizes all related work equipment and areas. - Ensures that all opening and closing duties are performed. - Always works safely, utilizing the personal protective equipment as required. - Transport...
