- Adelaide CBD location - Part-Time (22.8 hours per week), 9-month fixed term contract - SCHADS Award – SACS Level 5 (above award rates) About the role: Reporting to the Director, South Australia, the Quality & Risk Officer is responsible for supporting quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement activities across the South Australian service. A key focus of the role is: While coordinating accreditation activities, supporting internal audits and quality reviews, you will also contribute to incident management processes including investigations and root cause analysis. The role will also support staff capability in quality and risk practices, maintain registers and reporting systems, and prepare regular reports for leadership and stakeholders.
