he Overnight Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining club operations during non-peak overnight hours, ensuring the facility remains clean, secure, welcoming, and aligned with Crunch brand standards. They are the primary point of contact for all member interactions overnight and are expected to uphold legendary service, handle operational tasks, and serve as the eyes and ears of leadership while others are away. Core Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a Legendary Member Experience—Even After Hours 2. Maintain Cleanliness & Safety Standards 3. Monitor Security & Member Conduct 4. Operational Reporting & Communication o Total check-ins o Member issues or complaints o Equipment malfunctions or repairs needed o Cleaning log completion o Staffing or scheduling concerns 5.
