In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. The Rare Disease Access Strategy Director is responsible for working within the Sanofi business unit to help develop and execute the market access strategy for the Rare Disease for both in-line and Launch products. This individual will help develop the value story across market access channels and regional payers, working in partnership with the market access, medical, marketing functions, sales and PRB team members to support access initiatives and gain optimal product reimbursement and coverage. The Director should have experience in specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and policy, and experience launching products demonstrating independent strategic thinking and able to work with minimal supervision.
