AVTECH Global is looking for an Avionics/Elec Tech IV in Dallas, TX. Shift: Second (15:00 to 01:30); other shifts may be available Pay Rate: $37.86 per hour: Job Type: Full-time, Contract: Contract Duration: 12 months (w/opportunity for extension) Benefits: Experience/Education: - coverage of up to one-half of employee's medical insurance premium for a base plan - eight (8) paid holidays - per diem split (if qualified) - three (3) sets of uniforms (if applicable) - opportunity to become a direct hire after ninety (90) days - High School Diploma or GED required. - Six (6) years experience in an avionics/electrical career field; or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four (4) years related experience. - Participation in a DOT/FAA drug and alcohol program is required. Purpose: Provides leadership, technical expertise and guidance while performing various operational, functional tests and repairs of avionics/electronic, aircraft equipment and systems to ensure a defect free aircraft.
