The Project Specialist is responsible for post award entry and review of project information into the D365 Finance and Operations system. The Project Specialist will work closely with CX team members, Project Management and Operations. Requirements: Education: - A.S. in Business Administration or related field - Equivalent combination of related education and required work experience will be considered Responsibilities: - Responsible for project setup in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations - Work with Project Management and Operations to create project cost budget - Work with Project Management and Operations to monitor and perform invoice proposal - task - Track client purchase orders and ensure reference where appropriate - Administration and review of projects in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations - Support and participate in other company initiatives as directed by senior management - Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities: *This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.
