Job Description Summary The Senior TX Commercial Manager (CM) (NAM supports and drives functional and operational Commercial Intensity and Policy 5.0 rigor for assigned Transactional opportunities. The CM will manage the quoting, proposal generation, commercial risk assessment, deal analysis, contract development, negotiation and customer commercial alignment, and ITO-OTR turnover processes with a strong focus on process rigor, customer requirements, and cross-functional coordination for all assigned deal opportunities of the assigned segment and sub-region. This role is responsible to execute business objectives with Key regional customers (California Municipalities, Texas Gov & private customers, New Mexico Power Authorities, among others), be involved in short-term and long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.
