Description Hop Shop , a division of Valor Oil , is looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician . The Tech will assist our IT department in maintaining and supporting our technology systems across all Hop Shops locations. They will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading all back-office equipment, camera systems, registers, credit card terminals, and other supporting systems. Assist cutomers with loyalty as well as interface with Paytronix. Additionally, the Intern Tech will provide technical support to employees and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: - Install, setup, and maintain all back-office equipment including PC, printer, scanner, Handheld price scanners, and Coremark ordering equipment - Installation of NVR POE camera systems - Maintenance the Verifone Commander and Ruby 2 registers and all supporting systems including credit card terminals, Cybera and Mako firewalls - Maintain and repair the PA system so employees can communicate with customers at the pumps - Installation and maintenance of advertising TV’s at Hop Shop’s locations - Physical hardware upgrades and wiring replacements as needed at all locations - Installation and monitoring...
