Talent acquisition and onboarding: - Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, partnering with recruitment agencies, and managing the onboarding of new hires. Recruitment and hiring: - Consult with managers to identify hiring needs - Post job openings and screen applications - Schedule and conduct interviews oversees preparation of interview questions, and other hiring and selection materials - Conducts background checks - Process new hire paperwork and conduct orientations - Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria - Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization - Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process for start dates and other pertinent details Employee relations: - Guiding employees on HR procedures and policies, managing complaints, and contributing to a positive work environment Compensation an...
