VCA Aurora Animal Hospital invites you to be our newest Emergency Patient Care Coordinator ! Schedule : Full-time opportunity. We utilize a 4x 10 hour schedule. Swing/ 2ndShift, with rotating weekends and some holidays ( 2 winter and 1 summer) required. Compensation: $ 21 - 23/ hr. Starting range is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available. As a Patient Care Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting our Doctors and Technician team by ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients and patients. Your ability to create a welcoming, low-stress environment will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care and client service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing in-depth education on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions. Coordinate patient care services to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of care. Accurately enter and review charges to maintain precise billing and medical records.
