The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking Late Night Staff to join our team! The YMCA focuses on empowering people in all forms, by improving health and well-being and inspiring action in and across our neighborhoods. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As Late Night Staff, you will assist in providing a positive environment for teens to participate in open gym, workout equipment, basketball, swimming, and various other events after hours at the YMCA. Individuals in this role are responsible for providing a quality experience to participants and parents focused on YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
