Do you have an eye for detail and want to become the go-to person for sample logistics and documentation? As we continue to expand our operations in Ghent, we are looking for a QC Sample Coordinator for our Techlane facility. What can you expect?: As a QC Sample Coordinator, you are responsible for sample management. You play a key role in ensuring that all samples are managed, documented, stored, and shipped correctly and compliantly. You are responsible for; Sample logistics & coordination: - Preparing documents and coordinate internal and external sample shipments, including ad-hoc transports, together with the QC Support Technicians. - Aligning inventories with ELIMS and logbooks. - Performing period inspections and retain consolidations. - Partnering closely with the Operations team, Logistic centre, etc.to ensure smooth sample coordination. Documentation: - Preparing and reviewing sample documentation. - Initiating and support non-conformance sample investigations and manage CAPA records related to sample management.
