As a Senior Full Stack Engineer within our Research & Development group at Strategic Education Inc. (SEI), you will sit at the center of a high-impact innovation hub. Unlike traditional academic engineering roles, our team acts as a strategic engine for the entire SEI ecosystem. You will work directly alongside Workforce Edge and Sophia Learning to architect and prototype the next generation of tools that bridge the gap between learning and earning. In this role, you aren't just maintaining platforms—you are exploring the "what’s next." You will divide your expertise between building mission-critical SaaS applications for our partners and leading special R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of EdTech. Whether you are translating complex business needs for Sophia’s learners or experimenting with agentic systems for Workforce Edge, your work will directly enable economic mobility for adult learners globally.
