The Work: The Sales Effectiveness team partners closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to equip revenue teams with the tools, training, and systems needed to drive consistent growth and performance. This team is responsible for building scalable enablement programs, improving onboarding, and ensuring ongoing development across the sales organization.
