Position Overview The Warehouse Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for directing and monitoring the daily flow of materials and personnel across various fulfillment departments to meet operational needs. This role is designed to develop leadership skills in both operational functions and employee management. The Lead will continuously review procedures to decrease processing time, increase service levels, and improve operating costs.
