Join our Easterseals NH team as a Direct Support Associate , where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for both our Day Program and our Residential Homes , offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. What You’ll Do: Day Program Role (30 hours/week) As a Day Program Direct Support Associate , you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill ‑ building activities such as: Vocational tasks Volunteerism: Outings and integrative community experiences: Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand ‑ over ‑ hand assistance , always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed. Looking for a full 40-hour week? Start in the Day Program and add up to 10 additional hours in one of our residential homes.
