POSITION SUMMARY: The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from planning through delivery, which includes coordinating people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce desired results. This position will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation, and be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget and scope. These projects may include iterative updates to current products, engineering changes, production line moves, managing new/existing technologies, and the implementation of new equipment. Automotive manufacturing experience preferred. CORE FUNCTIONS: · Develop detailed project plans to track progress and milestones across the assigned brand using the appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. · Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects. This may include effectively managing change notices, special-order requests, and coordinating deliverables on compass room projects. · Work with site leadership and vendors to determine availability of resources. · Monitor and report on project performance; this includes product development timelines...
