Excellent Benefits & Healthy Work-Life Balance At Four Oaks, Residential Therapists are a key member of the treatment team within our Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children (PMIC) assess and treat therapeutic needs. Therapists provide mental health services and partner with case professionals to provide clinical direction, assuring best outcomes for each client from admission to discharge. Therapists complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, individual, family and/or group therapy. Therapists are able to utilize assessments to determine therapeutic or behavioral health needs and make referrals deemed appropriate to improve client outcomes. Therapists are able to obtain additional training to help advance them in their practice.
