Carrier – 2nd Shift Maintenance Technicians (Industrial) Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite): Shift & Overtime Expectations: - Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts). - Flexibility: Friday requirements often extend to 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM). - Incentives: 2nd shift includes a $0.30/hr premium. - Overtime: Weekly overtime is expected. Overtime pay is time-and-a-half, and while we try to avoid Sundays, Sunday work is paid at double-time.
