Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: POSITION PURPOSE The Mission Leader provides executive Mission Integration leadership as part of a Health Ministry leadership team, ensuring the successful assessment and integration of mission in all the ministries' activities, decisions , and strategies. The Mission Leader is responsible for the implementation of Mission activities and delivery of Mission Integration Essential Services , in alignment with s ystem-level Mission Integration stra tegies and operational priorities . Mission Integration directed s ervices include ministry formation, ethics , cultivation of the ministry community, and implementation of the Catholic Identity Assessment ( CIA ) . In addition , the Mission Leader collaborates with the Manager of Spiritual Care to ensure the full integration of professional chaplaincy within the M inistry. The Mission Leader reports directly to a service area Vice President of Mission Integration & Mission Strategy Partner (MSP) with a dual reporting relationship to designated Health Ministry CEOs, p resident(s) and/ or a dministrator(s) .
