P&ET works across the organisation, and is responsible for the End-to-End management of strategy, planning and driving modernisation execution. Your role: The Senior Performance Lead reports to the Executive Manager Performance – Monoliths and plays a critical role in enabling delivery and decision‑making across Payments & Enterprise Transformation. This role operates as an enterprise performance ensuring priorities across multiple technology domains are governed and decision‑ready, even where direct delivery accountability sits elsewhere.
