Essential Functions: - Design and implement sustainable goals for ongoing recruitment and outreach to create and maintain a pipeline of people to enroll in Career Services programs and services, developing regular contacts at local colleges, high schools, local businesses, and community leaders, groups and organizations in alignment with department goals and the strategic plan. - Identifies and assesses prospective job seekers in local communities to promote training programs, career centers, and other initiatives. - Analyze existing sectors, industries, and hiring trends and high growth-high demand to attract job seekers and employers to Career Services. - Conduct public speaking engagements to promote general awareness and educate the business public of Career Services job seeker programs and resources. - Prepare reports and summaries required for applicable funding and regulatory sources. - Ensure smooth transition of eligible and funded program candidates for CS services and programs, as appropriate. - Coordinate additional training and/or technical assistance to management and staff in these areas, as applicable. - Knowledge of GNG CS training program funders to include local,...
