JOB DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Building Manager oversees and maintains the Aerobics center, opens and/or closes the facility, supervises student workers, assists with the coordination of weekend events, and ensures the comfort and safety of all patrons. (1) 1st Shift position available (1) 2nd Shift position available - PART TIME RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversees facility while on duty and ensures safety and security of Aerobics Center staff and patrons. - Makes periodic rounds checking to be certain those using the facility have proper authorization. Confront any questionable situations. - Keeps side doors closed and periodically checks them. Reports any problems to the Director and/or ORU Security to handle.
