Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture – Program & OPEX, you will partner closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational P&C solutions that enable business outcomes, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience. This is a true generalist business partner role, combining strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while contributing to enterprise‑wide people initiatives.
