Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nuclear Radiochemist to join our expert team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to radiochemistry research and development projects, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advancing the laboratory's mission to address critical nuclear and environmental challenges - Lead and assist in the design, execution, and analysis of radiochemistry experiments and projects. - Develop and apply radiochemical methods for the characterization and processing of nuclear materials. - Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and other professionals across various disciplines. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns. - Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, scientific papers, and presentations. - Support the development of proposals for new research projects and funding opportunities. - Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all laboratory activities.
