Field Marketing Lead The Field Marketing Lead will report to the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic field marketing campaigns and tactics that directly support Cinch sales teams and insurance agent partners. The Field Marketing Lead will create impactful sales enablement programs, optimize sales efficiency, and drive revenue growth through localized activations, while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure Cinch's value proposition stands out in the insurance market. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strong focus on measuring campaign effectiveness to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement sales training materials, tools, and programs to empower sales teams to effectively pitch Cinch products and services to potential customers.
