JOB SUMMARY: He/She drives continuous improvement initiatives across the plant, fostering a culture of Lean thinking and operational excellence. The role is responsible for supporting teams in identifying waste, improving processes, optimizing performance, and standardizing best practices. It ensures alignment of improvement activities with plant strategic objectives and corporate guidelines Daily activities are to be carried out in close collaboration with all the elements of the manufacturing team: Group Leaders, Value Stream Managers, Production planners, quality engineers and maintenance.
