We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations of our Hoboken office, supporting approximately 200 employees in a corporate, multinational environment. This is a hands ‑ on, onsite role requiring strong facilities management, vendor coordination, health & safety oversight, and employee ‑ experience support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, secure, and welcoming workplace. How will you make an impact?
