POSI TION SUMMARY: This position oversees the field execution of projects in the West MPLX Construction Team and Contract Inspection Team for the execution of Gas Pipeline and Compression Projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages a portfolio of projects of varying magnitude and complexity from conception to start-up following the Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP). ​ Develops and maintains working knowledge of applicable industry and company component- specific technical and construction standards as well as operating practices and regulatory requirements and apply it to project design and execution. ​ Collaborates with other departments, subject matter experts, technicians, and vendors to obtain pertinent information to complete the planning, design, and execution of proposed projects as well as working closely with internal and external stakeholders to obtain construction permits and easements when necessary. ​ Manages project performance to ensure project meets...
