Job Description Position Summary The Coordinator of Career Readiness plays a vital role in equipping students with the tools, experiences, and networks necessary to thrive in their future careers. With a strong emphasis on career development, experiential learning, and employer engagement, this position coordinates initiatives that prepare students for meaningful employment and lifelong success. The Coordinator also retains responsibility for family engagement and orientation programming, ensuring that students and families are supported through the transition into the university community. By integrating career readiness into onboarding, persistence, and engagement strategies, the Coordinator advances institutional goals of student belonging, satisfaction, and post-graduation outcomes.
