Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. We are looking for a motivated Working Student- IT Operations to join our team in Germany and help us keep our operations running smoothly, so that our engineers and teams can focus on what they do best: building the future of space transportation. Key Responsibilities: As an IT Working Student, you'll be hands-on from day one. Your day-to-day will include: Be the first point of contact for your colleagues when they need IT help : troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Support onboarding and offboarding of team members: setting up devices, creating accounts, and making sure everyone has what they need to hit the ground running. Help manage and track our hardware inventory across our sites. Assist in maintaining our local networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
