Job Overview: The Vice President of Global Tax Operations is accountable for reviewing all aspects of accounting for income taxes and financial reporting, overseeing U.S. and International tax compliance (Federal, State, Local and International), forecasting cash taxes and the effective tax rate for FP&A, implementing tax transformation and technology, managing U.S. and International tax audit and controversies, managing transfer pricing, identifying tax credits and incentives and providing tax advice for Mergers & Acquisitions.
