We are seeking an experienced Cryogenic Scientist. Successful candidates have a deep background in cryogenics, a focus on pulse tube cryocoolers, and demonstrated ability to transfer commercial or academic research to fast-paced innovation, prototyping, and deployment. Primary Responsibilities: - Provide leadership in the conception, design, development, and manufacture of pulse tube cryocooler hardware. - Design and conduct experiments to test modifications to existing compressor and cold head configurations to increase cooling power, efficiency, and reliability. - Partner with engineers to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready cryocooler systems. - Work across functional areas (cryogenic, mechanical, electrical) to deliver fully integrated cooling solutions.
