Description: **$3000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time** JOB TITLE: CERTIFIED NURSE AIDE (CNA): JOB CODE: 51: DEPARTMENT: NURSING: FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF NURSING: DATE OF LAST UPDATE: 02/11/2020: JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, and perform nail care for any residents assigned - Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse - Lift, move, and transfer residents as required - Answer call lights in a timely manner - Assist or feed residents - Keep residents clean and dry by providing toileting or incontinent care - Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents - Understand and adhere to the guidelines of “Residents Rights” and assure resident safety - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Required Preferred: ?
