Colwen Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Regional Chief Engineer to lead engineering operations across an assigned region of hotels. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple properties to drive operational excellence, safety, and asset preservation. In this role, you will serve as the technical leader and strategic partner to hotel leadership teams, providing guidance, support, and oversight to Chief Engineers while ensuring that engineering operations across the region are performing at the highest level. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position that requires both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement. This position reports to the Corporate Director of Engineering.
