Overview Accomplished Physician Needed for Comprehensive Senior Care Center – Uniontown/Greensburg Monday-Friday Senior LIFE is an innovative home and community based Medicare and Medicaid funded program which provides all-inclusive healthcare services and support to seniors living in the community. Senior LIFE makes it possible for seniors to remain at home, enjoying the comfort and reassurance of familiar surroundings while receiving the care they need. Our team is committed to partnering with our seniors to remain at home through promoting open communication and shared decision making while providing excellent care and services. Responsibilities: The Senior LIFE physician will be expected to perform standard medical tasks throughout the day, working with elderly members and addressing a host of common and atypical diagnoses. Additionally, the physician will serve as a critical member of multiple interdisciplinary teams, working in tandem with social workers, dieticians, occupational/physical/speech therapists and other caregivers to ensure the most cutting-edge and comprehensive care available.
