Job Summary: Provides frontline student account support and cashiering services by delivering excellent customer service and assisting students, faculty, and staff with routine inquiries and payments in person and through approved virtual platforms, while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with University policies and FERPA. Independently processes, records, and accurately posts cashiering transactions to student accounts and the general ledger, ensuring compliance with CSU policies, internal controls, and established accounting practices. Compiles and generates routine financial reports, maintains tracking tools and audit-ready records, and resolves discrepancies to support accurate financial operations. Communicates and helps disseminate established university policies and procedures, supports orientations and related events, and performs other duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
