Caterpillar is seeking a 3rd Shift Fabrications Production Manager in Brooklyn Park. In this role, you will guide a team in the Fabrications and Machining departments for Caterpillar Paving Products with a focus on achieving your team’s People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) performance goals! What you can look forward to in this role: Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor; eliminate any unsafe operations and ensure a safe and clean product environment.
